Who We Are
Wendy J. Buddine,
Wendy Buddine’s compensation and consulting expertise
encompasses more than 35 years in client consulting and corporate compensation administration.
Over the past 20 years, Wendy has provided a broad range of
compensation-related consulting services to CCA clients and offers expertise in
extensive competitive market analysis, base pay program design, custom salary
surveys, wage and hour compliance, and job description development.
Wendy is a Certified Compensation Professional
(CCP) as recognized by the World at Work Society for Certified Professionals
and is a current member of World at Work, the Society for Human Resource
Management (SHRM), and the Pennsylvania Employee Benefits Association (PEBA). She holds a MS degree in industrial
relations and human resources from Rutgers University and a BA degree in nutrition
and biology from Cook College/Rutgers University.
Leona D. Perks,
provides compensation project management and support in the design and
development of base pay programs for domestic and international clients in
diversified industries. Lee also
has extensive experience in custom market pricing, survey design, competitive
pay analysis, and job description development.

additional 20 years in the corporate compensation environment. She holds a BA degree in business with
a concentration in management and marketing from Holy Family University. Lee is a member of the Society for
Human Resource Management (SHRM) and World at Work where she is a Certified
Compensation Professional (CCP).
